Overview
T-CAIREM’s Shark Tank provides an opportunity for the hottest start-ups to showcase how they are using AI to transform healthcare. Start-ups will have a chance to pitch their companies, raise their profiles, secure funding, and advance industry innovation.
Start-ups will have the opportunity to deliver a Shark Tank-style pitch to a prestigious judging panel of healthcare industry experts, angel investors, and VCs. Taking place during the Inaugural T-CAIREM Conference in October 2023, Shark Tank will feature 5-minute pitches by the shortlisted finalists followed by 5-minutes of Q&A from the judges.
The winning pitch will receive a $25K seed grant.
Eligibility
- The competition is open to start-up companies, which have raised no more than $1M in seed funding to date.
- Companies should have a commercially viable product, preferably with some early traction.
- Companies must have a healthcare-related solution in a category such as patient safety, quality improvement, process improvement, or research.
Application Instructions
Companies wishing to apply should complete the submission form by Friday, September 1st, 2023, with shortlisting taking place mid-September.
Applicants should not share information they deem proprietary or confidential. T-CAIREM will not sign non-disclosure/confidentiality agreements.
